Healing Finger Mudras
- Did you know that by holding the individual fingers one can initiate healing and restore harmony in the various organ systems of the body and at the same time drain away negative emotions? This process allows the flow of ones own bio-energetic current through the energy meridians and into the various organ systems of the body.
- The activity of holding the fingers or folding the hands in a particular manner is called a mudra. The process of holding a finger mudra for harmony and healing is greatly enhanced as one includes a process of relaxation or meditation.
- Healing Mudra Instructions: Holding the individual fingers – Lightly hold the finger of your choice as if you were holding a bicycle handlebar. Hold the fingers of your choice on the left and right hands for from three to ten minutes each.

- The Ring Finger: Physical benefit – Harmonizes the Lungs, Large Intestine and the Deep Skin Fascia around the body organs
